CB1000r from Milan Show
« on: January 22, 2008, 09:52:38 PM »
Any body seen this Honda. Looks like an insect or a transformer to me. Doesn't do much for me! Looks like honda is trying to match up with the newer Triumphs and Ducati's, but it's for europe only for now. I like the cb1100r better.

I too am put off by the angular, extraneous lines that make the bike look like the batmobile. Same thing for the Kawa street stuff and the B-King. But then again, marketing probably feels that the younger segment of the buying population need their own fashion statement. It's too bad that this segment is saddled with this fashion identity.

I personally don't like that look that the streetfighters use of a helmet or face hanging off the front of the bike lighting your way.

Just give me that old fashioned 7" or 8" round headlight...

You would have to loose the exhaust, headlight, mirrors, the crazy radiator side shrowds then you might have something.  Does look like a transformer!

I saw one a while back that had a normal round headlight on it. It did not look too bad. New exhaust along with a round headlight and I would buy one.

Well if I had a ridiculous amount of money around to burn anyways.
