Just tighten the 4 M6 in small steps when it start to be a torque to mention.
1/4 turn each, cross wise until fully tightened.
Same the first part when taking it apart.

My K6 has a billet model. I tighten it slow and carefully so it will go on parallel.

Hi - I broke mine too - but I have welded the corner back on!?!? it seems pretty strong - anyone else done this? Am I fooling myself - will it last?
Thanks

I guess it depends on how good a welder you are and if you have everything perfectly lined up.

Its actualy decent grade ally, but welding still a risk
