That's pretty cool looking except the part that it looks like it was just punched in the eye and one side is starting to swell.  Other that that, pretty mean looking bike.

What to look for when buying a modern Sports Bike? Well a neck brace, wrist brace, back brace, and a spare asss would be a good start, you'd have to be a masochist to want to own one of those things!

The Australian round of the World Superbike Series is on this weekend, and as I was driving back to Melbourne from the Air Force base I was working at this week, I saw hundreds of the latest and greatest Ducati's, MV Agusta, CBRR's, GSXR's, ZXR's, R1's, etc etc, and the poor buggers riding them were all trying to just straighten up their backs, stretch their legs, flex their wrists, loosen the muscles in their necks etc, none of them looked like they were enjoying themselves, apart from some guys on BMW's and Harleys, who looked very comfy! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Check out second gear; wheelie merchants will have hammered it so that it jumps out of gear on hard acceleration. Ditto on the frame neck; wheelies ruin bikes!

Not to mention "stoppies". That's the good thing about our old bangers, the only time the back wheel comes off the ground is when you run into the car in front of you! ;D

very cool paint on that F2... puts my paint job on page one to shame.
you won't be disappointed w/ the earlier CBR.  (yes, i know its not the earliest)
i've always liked the styling of the F2 over any of the newer concoctions.
now that you have a "modern" bike... you should be warned that YOUR ASS IS GONNA GET WARM!... no need to be alarmed.   ;D

I'm excited. It's a quick one and I enjoy the handling, but it could never replace the old bikes!

Good find mate. I really like the paint job. Not too much but not too little. JUST RIGHT!

Just another one to add to the list. You wanna check the engine sidecovers. If they have any road rash or
gouges (even slight gouges that were attempted to be hidden from the PO with sandpaper) you want to stay away from these.

I almost bought a 1999 Suzuki Bandit 1200 for only $2500 with 19k on the clock, until I saw the road rash on the covers and
the crooked fender. Correction, crooked NOS fender. lol

fianlly brought it home and it was a blast. Thanks for the help guys! I'm looking forward to being able to take MORE time to focus on getting the other bikes perfect and still have something to cruise on a nice evening. This way I dont feel pressured to push any projects faster than they need to be done!
