I sometimes love previous owners. I was going through some paperwork that I got from a guy who I bought a Kawasaki H1 from. Apparently this guy gave me his whole motorcycle folder as it had registration and title certificates for bikes he no longer owns.
While I do not have the title certificate for the above mentioned 400F, I do have a revewed DMV registration card from 1979. You CANNOT use this card to establish ownership of a bike. Really it is more novelty for collecting.
