Sparkplug question

I have a 78 750 SS F3 stock coils and wires should I be using a resistor or non resistor plug I am looking at a set of denso plugs and am not sure of what to use. Whats the story with the premium plugs by denso?

If you are also using the stock resistor plug caps, you do not want resistor type plugs.

How do mean by "premium" plugs? The iridium ones? If so, I think the iridium plugs are only available in the resistor type, so they would not work well with a stock ignition.

The Denso U-groove plugs work well and are better suited for "wasted spark" ignitions, as are on these bikes, IMHO.

I ordered a set of X24ES-ZU from Sparkplugs.com would these be the correct plugs?

If the 750 F used NGK D8EA plugs, X24ES-U is the correct Denso plug.

Ok I got a question. The iridium is supposed to be better for low spark systems such as ours. Are you sure the double resistor issue applies to the iridiums? I gather from past threads that it only applies to "standard" plugs.

And if you end up using the resistor plugs, will going to a non resistor cap fix the double resistor thing?

are you running iridiums with resistor caps?  If so that would be great but then I have stock coils with a dynaS. You think it would work good?
