Will a '77 cb550 f chain guard fit on a '77 cb750 k ???

I would guess "no," because of my recent experience converting a chromed metal chain guard ( I think it was off a 750) to fit on my 500K. I found that the bolting points were different on the chrome on e vs the plastic I had taken off the 500. I suspect that the swingarm attachment points are different because of the difference in swingarm length.
