1976 cb750 popping at idle

hi, my 76' cb750 is popping at idle only im wondering if it is running lean on the pilot circuit. everything has been cleaned many times on the carbs and synced. bike runs perfect besides that. i also have the kerker 4 in 1 exhaust on the bike ( the carbs are all stock jets ) my air screw is out 1 3/4 turns. any suggestions??? exhaust header leaks???

  Enter "exhaust popping" in the search bar and you should find no less than thirty threads to help give you some ideas :)
Give me..a frame to build a bike on, and my imagination will build upon that frame

very true..  But had the same problems, try to tighten all your connections from the mufflers all the way to the headers, mine was doing it and it is usually caused by air escaping somewhere.
