Got a cool wheel in today, modular fattie with a roughed out hub, I am to finish machining.
Nice piece, the wheel, less hub weighs about 29 lbs
That is with a 28 in x 15 Hoosier mounted on a modular wheel (3 pc) Tire , included in that wheel weight is 9 3/4 wide rubber, on the flat portion of the tread, sidewall width is about 11. Hub will be approx 11.25 flange to flange, and weigh about 8-11 lbs with bearings..
Wheel night be Kosman, has billet center that goes out to reach 2 rim halves forming a 7inch rim (bead width).. looks like they may be Monocoque Racing wheel 1/2's..
Been a while since I worked on one of them.. nice wheel though..
