coil question

will stock coils from a 1978 CB750K8 work on a CB550F? I do not know the year of the CB550F.

Don, they should work fine, from memory they were all the same coils, just with different mounts. Don't try using say 350/4 coils on a 750/4 though, the plug wires are too short! Cheers, Terry. ;D
