is the narrow glide hub with 3/4 in bearings going to have enough space inside to accept a 25mm ID crush tube or would I have to mill it.

yes. the bearings come out and there's a huge hole in the hub. dont forget the 25mm inner crush sleeve.

hey, you gotta put a build thread on that T500 on the 2strokeworld forum. you'd get loads of attention

a lotta guys over there are running modern rotors on 70's yama hubs but they're all using the stock front ends as well. your build would be quite novel.

Does anyone know which years and models of harley's haev the narrow glide dual disk hub that we need?

Does the year matter? I see alot of older Narrow glide parts but I have no idea what models had the narrow glide hub when Im searching new/used parts.

Frankenbike, nice to see you on this site. I look forward to the arrival of the covers, and will put them on and photograph them as soon as time allows. Please let me know if there is anything in particular or a way that you would like them photo'd.

If anyone is looking for cool aftermarket covers, this is your guy. Frankenbike makes some neat finned and smooth covers in all kinds of colors and transparencies, and they fit great!

I got the seat padding from a motorcycle shop, but I know that you can purchase from many online companies like airtech. It is 1/2" medium density foam, and they make it in several thicknesses and densities.
