Well, after fixing my problems, I'm running into yet another one....
This one is going to be fun.... I got everything hooked up and set, and I go to restart her (gas tight and vacuum tight) and she'll kick over and idle for exactly
2 seconds......and then she dies.
She'll keep doing this with the choke fully closed and what's weird is, if I try to throttle her, she dies much faster than just leaving the throttle at neutral.
Pump is working cause I can hear it, and well, I can only reach the 2 otter carbs to see if there getting gas, because of the drain screws.
But I do smell gas in all 4 carbs.
I will be getting up tomorrow morning to install the gas tank instead of my shops testing gas tank. The tank I'm using is only half of a gallon, where as the VF's gas tank is like over 3 gallons.
I'm thinking the down force of the gas might be playing a huge part....
?
What is amount of gas the pump is suppose to pump per second??
And what could be the problem other than what I'm mentioned??
