Topic: need help with nighthawk 750

I just recently bought a 2000 nighthawk 750 that is in great condition.  The only problem with it is that it has a badly broken tach/speedo assembly.  I've tried absolutely everywhere to find one without success.  Ideally I would like to find a forum like this one for those bikes but nothing exists out there.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried your local Honda dealer? If it's that new they should be able to help. Failing that, good old eBay.

well i've checked honda and the biggest problem is the absurd price for a tach - $460. Ebay doesn't seem to have anything older than an '83 and there isn't a single decent forum i can find. If i could find a forum like this one I would be ecstatic.   Any forums out there i might have missed?

thank you detdrbuzzard.  I knew this forum would steer me in the right direction.  I have '76 cb550 that wouldn't have seen the light of day if it wasn't for sohc4.
