Z1 eneterprizes. Ship slow?

Z1 enterprizes. Shipping slow? I bought polished set of allen bolts last monday. Called up twice. First time he said just email me I am not in office. The second time he said not in his office and should of went out either this past thursday or this comming monday.  They are not far away from me. How come its a week going on two weeks to get bolts?

i've always had good interactions with him, and fast shipping. be patient- i know we've become accustomed to click-of-the-button-instantaneous-service in today's world, but a week isn't all that long to wait for parts.

I'm sure you can relax a bit as they won't be far off. If you are worried just email him or phone him. He's good for your parts.

No Its Not! In UK the post office takes 4 days to move a packet 150 miles!

I am from Australia and I have found Z1 excellent to deal with and his shipping is very fast. If the parts are not in stock he always contacts me to inform me when they are likely to arrive. In your case it might be better to order online rather than direct contact by phone. Pat

When I ordered bolts they said it'd be a few weeks because they are moving the warehouse. Maybe that's still going on. They showed up on time, so don't worry your pretty little head.
