CB750 Center Stand
« on: April 12, 2005, 12:40:48 AM »
Again.
Is there any differences in the CB 750 range with centerstands AND Can they be adjusted so as the height can be increased or decreased at rest IE whilst the bike is in motion and the stand is tucked away in the parked position.?
That is so as the chain is NOT in contact with it.
This bike has 4=1's.

Yes there are differences, the main one being between bikes with 4/4 pipes and those with 4/1 pipes. You need to fit a bracket to stop the stand coming into contact with the chain. Something with a rightangle aprox 2" on each side bolted to the passenger footrest mounting point should do the trick.
In the UK anything over 40 years old only needs insurance and Fuel.
