Nice addition to the back seat area. The bike looks great. Good luck with the sale, the wedding, your new life together with your bride, and of course your next SOHC4 ride.

nice bike.. My dad has wanted a bike since I can remember but family always came first... now that I have a extra CB550 I have been thinking of building him one up.. Problem is he is a huge cruiser harley fan so I have been pending on ideas.. Your bike is pretty much the look I was looking for...
How much for the nice kickstand block.. aka cdrom drive

I Love the bike, nice job, I too just love to build stuff.
I sold a 1987 1000r and a 1975 Chevy 4X4, both in 1989, the truck for a baby furniture and the bike because the wife said she was not raising an orphan.
I now have 4 bikes and a 4x4, It was worth it.
P.S. the Girls are 14 and 16, I spend 17 hrs a week coaching a gymnastics team, who has time for toys?

Great bike. Very clean for a dirt road. I run my 500 rear brake only... Yes it's dangerous!
My wife and I do wedding decor / rental.
My advise... Put out an open invite in this thread, ask for cash gifts and have a cash bar! That will pay for your wedding and honeymoon, make for great conversation at the event and be remembered by everyone who attends for ever!
Where and when?

Nice work!!! I hope this is not taken as being rude, but This March I will have been married 12 years (I'm 31 now) The wedding was tasteful, and people still talk about it today.... Total cost: $325.00. I built a grill for the preacher, did yard work for the pianist, bought the patten and fabric for the seamstress, and did more yard work for her time. The Church was an old Army Hospital chapel (Harmon Hall Longvew, TX). We made sure the Daffodills and red-bud were in bloom (free flowers). We put the cuttings in mason jars at the end of each pew (Over 50 jars), and the place was on-fire with flowers. To keep costs dow, we did not have a rehearsal, and grilled chicken at my place after the ceremony. It was absolutly a ball, and cost very little. A few folks thought it was "too simple", but it was not done for them. With the money we saved, we bought our first house; at 19 years of age. I hope that is encouragment to have fun and be creative with whatever you decide to spend. I hope you have an awesome time! Good luck on your next project too!

I agree, very nice look, I think leaving the front brake off the bike was a good call also.. stream lined the look. Did you end up selling it?
Good question, I also would like to know been searching but not found anything.. Going to look some more. Also do you remember what size that rear tire is?
