I'm lookin to buy a tacho and/or speedo from Cycle X (cycle exchange) in America
  Has anyone dealt with them & are they reputable?

I live in the Netherlands, also the other end of the world from the US, and have bought several thing at CycleX, in my opinion, very good people.
