Best source for tools....
« on: July 10, 2008, 05:00:23 AM »
What is your favorite source for SOHC tools? I have found a couple sites with this or that, does anyone have a more complete store? And what is the best clutch wrench out?

I have way too much to do on my bike....  :)

Sears for better tools. My compression tester, broken screw extractors and feeler gauges are great. Harbour freight if you don't plan to use the tools much. Like my brake bleeder. Why is it so fun to go to harbour freight?

All of the stuff that I know I will use more than once a year is Craftsman or equivalent quality, while the tools that I might use once or twice in my life I get from a cheaper place like harbor freight.  Also, if you ever plan on rebuilding a master cylinder, get the long reach right angle snap ring pliers from mikesxs.com.  Craigslist is also not a bad place to look for cheap used tools.

I've seen a couple of places with these complete honda toolkits for sale.

I have emailed both vendors asking for a breakdown of what tools are included, but their supplier
hasent given them one, so don't know how many would be relevant. it's pricey too, so wouldent wanna take a gamble
