DSS site doesn't work well for me... help?

whenever i try to run searches, NOTHING ever comes up

is the only way to find anything from DSS by using actual part numbers?
Today: '73 cb350f, '96 Ducati 900 Supersport
Past Rides: '72 tc125, '94 cbr600f2, '76 rd400, '89 ex500, '93 KTM-125exc, '92 zx7r, '93 Banshee, '83 ATC250R, 77/75 cb400f

You go through a series of steps that start with engine size, then model.  Kind of a disorganized system, but I get a long list of pictures w descriptions.

When all else fails, send an e-mail.  I seem to remember they get back to you.

so, talk about really having to read the directions... can't type cb350f, must type cb350 four.

i'm just so used to cb350f thats what i've always typed.
