I have a 79 cb 650 and was wondering if I go to drag bars or clubmans will I need shorter cables or would stockers work?

Shorter cables are certainly nice if its a route easily afforded. I just rerouted my cables to accomodate the clubmans on my 750k, worked like a charm.

Cable length on the 79 cb650 is fairly hard to judge, my clutch cable was a real pig to thread until I repositioned the stock handle bars and then it worked perfectly.
I guess as long as you are poking the cables out towards the front of the bike it should work out OK as there isn't that much extra to play with.
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
