oke,got a phone call yesterday evening...
ring......hey,martino here.............hmmm,yeah.....eu....are you that guy with that honda bobber that's always at tim hortons..?????
guess the dude saw my bike at tim hortons a few times, and he's deeply in love with it... :o :o
we got to talking ,and it turns out he want's to buy my bike....again>> :o :o :o :o
i told em i wont part with it,but he kept pushing me...
so i told em that i do have another cb650 i just bought, and if he wants i can make a simular bike for em...

now the big question is:what do you charge a guy for a bike like mine????
it's a 1980 cb650 costum,34.000 km
-i'm putting in new piston rings and headgasket etc..(smokes abit when cold, and headgasket leaks on the famous o-ring)

for the onces that havent seen my bike>>>>http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=36933.0

on page 4 i got a summary of what it cost me to do mine...time not included...

i would love to make one for em,and dont want to suck em out of all his money, but i dont want to do it for free either..
so what would be fair $$$$???

If he is serious ask what it took to do your bike plus  a $ 1500.00 - $ 2000.00 profit.

I would also ask for some cash up front and then during the build.  Tell him what you expect and see if he can front it for you.  There is no reason you should have to front the money until the project is done.  But have him pay as you go.  When you get a bill for parts collect.  Otherwise, you know how it goes.  Suddenly the guy is gone for good and you have a bike to sell.
