Wow, I bet that bike would make an awesome commuter and a bit out of nowhere?

I also see the new VFR with the V5 is out. Cant wait until someone takes off all that plastic and makes a streetfighter out of it.

Looks like the production version of the CB1100 lost some of its coolness too. (rear section and front fender)

These are all for the euro market I presume :(

The previous VTR model was sold in Spain some years ago. I considered it when I bought my Suzuki GZ250, as there was not a big portfolio of learner bikes. Unfortunately, the VTR was a 40%-50% more expensive than its equivalents, so I didn't buy, and it didn't sell well either.

I would rather have all those 400cc they have in Japan. 400-600cc is for me the perfect compromise between engine displacement-vs sheer bulk, smaller siblings of their big guns. Kawa ZRX400, Honda CB400, Yamah XJR400 etc

Or the newest version of the CB400, with four pipes

So many bikes and so little money.....  :)

I wish they would bring that to the states. With current gas prices I think it would do well, the only compettition is the Ninja 250 and those are selling like mad. My daughter is looking to replace her Ninja 250 and the 08's are hard to find. I think the Honda is a much better looking bike too. I might even buy one of those myself!

I have the older version, non-trellis frame VTR250 that was sold in the states from 1988-90. Great little bike. Incredible handling, can get 60-665 mpg ( if you don't rev it to the redline all tyhe time), and its quickenough and has enough performance to run at Interstate speeds easily. Not as sharp looking as the newer trellis-Duc Monster style bikes, though, IMHO. WOuld love to get one of the newer versions.

With the new surge in interest in the smaller displacment bikes such as the 250 Ninja, etc., Bringing more of the smaller mid-range bikes such as the 400cc models would probably be successful at this time. The bike shop here said they had sold out their yrs allotment of Honda Rebels by early July. I would love a Honda 400cc bike built in the same style as the new VTR250.

BTW, also love that CBR1100 old school RWB bike. Have always had a fondness for them. Probably why I still have my old RWB Interceptor.
A good bike mechanic only needs two tools, WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move, but should, use the WD40. If it does move but shouldn't use the duct tape.

That Honda with the four tailpipes looks the business to me!

Nice as they all are I don't think they would be big sellers in the UK
The older I get the faster I used to be!!!!
