I'm sure this is 750F, can anyone verify the years, 75-76??

If you are sure it is from an F model, then it would be for the 75-76 models.  It is also the same as the tree from 77-78 K models.  The 77-78 F models had two studs for mounting the brake splitter and horns, whereas the 75-76 F models and 77-78 K models had the flat spot in front like yours for mounting the single line brake switch.

Thanks upperlake04, that clears that up, this is 75-76F only.

I only have this one stem from anything other than pre 76K stuff to compare and I'm trying to find out if all the F models used a different (from the early K's) steering offset, because this one is different from everything else I have.

 I'm fairly certain the fork spacing is the same on all 750's.

Now did the 77-78 K models have the same offset as all the F's or did they follow the rest of the K line?

Tough questions - this is from the 1978 750F3/K8 factory shop manual..
