:) Now, I just have to do something about heating, the little 1500W heater isn't going to cut it.

Waste  oil or sink money in one of the little toyo stoves. They are better than the monitor is what I figure.

Waste oil is cheap heat if you can swing it. You can always use heating oil in a waste oil stove, but the high tech heating oil stoves don't like it the other way around..

Stop motion video of my shop the other night.  Little bit of SOHC4 love at the end.

The K6 and KO at idle tucked away in my single car garage/shop. It's a shuffling act moving bikes in and out. I want a shop like forum member Johnie has, first class all the way. Well maybe some day.

Thanks hall....appreciate the comment. Here are a couple pics of the Handy lift in action. Just got this in about 4 weeks ago. Makes working on these bikes much more enjoyable not having to lay on the floor anymore. This shop was a long time in the making and I am blessed to have the opportunity to build it this past spring.

I'll share a couple.  Disclaimer:  not all the bikes are mine.  I host a handful of friends with their bike projects.

Okay, okay . . . . so I may have gotten carried away with the photos.  I love old bikes.

Love it!

Steve - your red K5 was a real crowd pleaser.  Everyone who came into the shop commented on it.  I hope its new owner is enjoying it.

Nice Larry...that place looks like it has some cool history behind it. I bet it would be neat to listen to some conversations in the building from back in the day.

The new shop to keep me warm in the winter. More just a build room than a complete workshop.
I put in a new floor (£125) and I am now waiting for a new bench and racking (shelves).
It's only 8 1/2 X 9 1/2 foot but should be just big enough.

thanks Johnie.  The house was a vets office at one time, from what I understand he had raised birds over the garage and chickens in the shed that has all the windows.  I was told that I  am only the third family to own the house.  After the vet died his daughter let the house run down, then the owner of the local diner bought it and did a bit of repair.  They then had a bigger house built and let it run down again.  It is a fixxer-upper for sure buy I don't think I'll have more than 25k into it.  House was 150k...Larry

Looks great Larry, you have room for at least six more bikes!

thanks Stev-o.   I have 7 total with no plans to buy( yea right).  I could easily store 12 to 20, with a hoist I could put 3x that over the barn.

Thanks 70cb750,   I am in the market for a better lift though, the HF one leaves a bit to be desired but it is functional and at 279 when I bought it reasonably priced.  There is a Pro Direct coming up at a future auction that'll fully fit any future requirements, as long as the bidding does not go too high(like 500) I hope to bring it home...Larry
