in this thread DME described how he added a "dummy" end to his tank.
Nice look IMO.

Why not use that dummy area of the stretched tank area for the electronics?
Has anyone tried this?

I was thinking along similar lines, although i thought the electrics could go under the seat and the tank extension could be used for an oil tank.
But that would all depend on the weld quality

Interesting thought there.

I never would have thought of that, as my 650's have no external oil tank.
