I have had two of these 750k's before - 1 was 15 years ago and the other was 20 years ago (similar mods(both stolen)).  So, should I be talking to myself and educated myself at the same time?  Even had a CB500 with similar modes about 22 years ago (Roommate stole that and a months rent money).  What is messed up is that I only remember the year of flippin one of them (750K3, well both of them might of been, LMAO).

Yes, I am an old fart, been on two wheels now for 30 years and on way too many bikes.  Ohhh, I got one, Doh, my very first street bike, when i was 14 was a 75 400-4.  I blew a hole in a piston the size of dime.  Dad threw the manual at me and said fix it.  So I did and it was my first engine work and I'll be darn if ran better than before the hole.

Here I go at myself at at y'all too.  HAHAHA

Your avatar is totally creeping me out!  WTF?!?!?

I found out from a member here a couple weeks ago it was from a movie called Freaks from the early 30's.  In fact the movie is at google video.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I'm with Gerhed.  I get a comment -maybe- once every 2 or 3 months.  It's only happened twice that someone actually knew about the model.  But then, that's ok 'cause I'm an introvert and too much attention would just freak me out...

It is happening more this year than most. People are trying to guess the year and they are admiring it. A few weeks a go some real hard core bikers pulled around where I was parked. I try to look unconcerned at these times. The meanest looking one walked up to me and looked my K8 over. He called the rest over and I expected an ass kicking or serious public ridicule. He told the rest, this is the bike I learned to ride on, great f--king bike. We talked about it for bit and they invited me to ride with them until my exit. Here I am a old pudgy guy riding a rice burner with semi outlaws. At the gas station people just looked puzzled. Maybe they though I was so "bad" I could ride with them. No, they probably thought I was their one of their fathers.  :(

But we were boys, and boys will be boys, and so they will. To us, everything was dangerous, but what of that? Had we not been made to live forever?
