Topic: Rear wheel on CB750K the same as F?

Hey there:

I just found out that I need (another) new rear wheel for my CB750K project.  There's a guy selling a CB750F parts bike that I'm thinking of getting... does anybody know if these have the same rear wheels? 

He's selling it for $200 and will probably come down, and seeing as I'll be spending at least $50 to get the wheel I might as well have some other spare parts should anything come up.

The F (super sport) uses a rear disc brake and the K uses a drum, I believe.

77 and 78 F has Comstars with a rear disk, the 75 and 76 has spokes with the rear disk.

If you buy the bike, measure the swing-arms, you could wind up with a disc brake rear on your bike, but you`d need to use the F swing-arm

I think If you are lucky enough to find one of these bikes for cheap you should get it. Even if you don't need it, parts always help when experimenting.

Sorry guys, it was a later F so I would have had to change out the swingarm and all that.  Ugh.  The search continues.

Changing out the swingarm is cake do it.  BUY THE BIKE
