My first advice is find a copy writer.  If your initial contacts with people is in poorly written and poorly spelled form, you'll be off to a bad start.

For internet and email communications I would suggest NOT USING ALL UPPER CASE.  See the difference?

I'm afraid I know nothing about business, so I wouldn't have anything to offer on the info you requested.  Did you do your market homework?  Is there a market?  When I look at the ads in all the bike magazines, I always think the market must be pretty saturated.  You would need to fill a pretty unique niche to make it in today's economy.  Who are you planning on selling to?  Where?  What is your unique hook that will have customers buy from you instead of the competition?  Also, what I understand from my family's small business experience is that any new business can expect to operate at a loss for the first one to three years.  Do you have the capital to survive that?

Good luck!  I hope it goes well.

Medic said a mouthful and all very correct.  You had better have a nice stash of liquid assets (Money) on hand if you plan on making it to start or have a very convincing business plan to present for a loan.  You need to know what you are gonna be - Sole proprietership and the other business types - and understand the legal issues of all.  If you do not have at least the above at a minimum, you stand a strong chance of failing.

Getting all excited about a business is kewl but what it takes to start one right and the ability to make it work and keep going takes more than you can imagine.  It can demand your life - 20 hours a day 7 days a week and no more social life for a while.  If you can do this and succeed you deserve it.

I have tried this twice and failed both times.  Not to say I am a failure, it is just that I just did not do it right enough to survive and lost financially both times.  i a not trying to sound negative but ust want to get in your head some of the hard truth.

Take a business course at your local comunity college to get some knowledge under your belt before you take on a venture like this.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Better bone up on your Federal regulations with regard to motor vehicle requirements.

Ask Jesse James how he feels about government and fines.

Crossing the t's and dotting the i's with the bureaucracy of getting a business started is crucial. Mess with the Feds and they come down on you, hard. Don't forget the liability insurance.... sell something which could lead to 'harms way' for the consumer....well I do not need to say any more.
