It looks like Mr Peanut, apears to have no front suspension, and the swingarm is way too horizontal.
No.

i would have to disagree w/ the swingarm comment...

an angled swingarm is designed to absorb large unforgiving bumps on sh!tty roads or an MX track... a swingarm that is more horizontal is built for speed and improved center of gravity.  suspended correctly, there is no reason it shouldn't do its job well... nor should you be driving/riding a ferrari on sh!tty roads.   ;)

With the swing arm already being horizontal, as soon as someone sits on it, it becomes angled up.
The wheelbase becomes shorter, and then even shorter as it is compressed from acceleration, bumps, or load from turning. This is bad for linear handling characterisitics. It also moves more and more weight below the level of the axles, which also causes weird handling charcteristics.
And as I said, it appears to have a rigid front end. Absolutely terrible for handling.

Of course, with a front wheel that big, it probably doesn't turn very well to begin with.

In my opinion, it is an exercise in aesthetics, with little regard to application.

Look at the big brain on mlinder! I'm no engineer but I think you're onto something.

Well, I help racers with their bikes. These are things I have to think about when setting them up.

Aw who cares? You can slap a Ferrari sticker on an empty jar and tell people Enzo himself farted into it and some open shirt dope in LA would beg to have the privilege to hand over a blank check for it.

Witness the Ferrari Segway.
