First i just want to say, I love this site! There are so many helpful posts/ people. I have a few questions though- Are all CB's single overhead? And where can i find an exhaust for my cb550 that will offer a little bit of power?

Hiya!
No, not all CB's were SOHC. Later 750s(circa 79) for example changed over to DOHC, and 450's were DOHC in the early 70's.
Sorry, can't help with the exhaust question.
cheers

Well I am not sure if there is really any 550 exhaust that will add power really. Is your stock full of holes? If it is, you could either patch the holes if not too big, or whack the mufflers off. You may be able to find a Mac exhaust for you bike.
