I rebuilt my brake master and it still leaks, now what? Besides getting a new after market unit what else can I do? There was a lot of rust in the fluid when I started this project. Initially I just disassembled, cleaned and replaced it. That was better but still leaked. I disassembled it again and installed the kit and the same leak is there. On the upside, the lever pivot is well lubed lol. There must be some monir pitting or scoring in the cylinder. The dealer offered to bead blast it. Not sure what the best idea is and hope someone here can help.
