Hi Guys
is it possible to put the bars on squ wif, ie twisted slightly.I have rebuilt the bike from the ground up and when i ride her my left arm is straighter than my right arm, and looking down it looks as if there is a slight turn to the right, bike runs straight as a die, just feels like it needs a slight twist to the left.It there some where to alter the alignment

Sounds like your bars are slightly bent.

no, because the centre looks twisted slightly, between the handlebar holders,

Then it sounds like your bars are slightly twisted.  That twist might turn the one end closer to you, making the other side further away with that arm held straighter.  You'd probably will have to take the bars completely off and remove the grips and hardware to see the twist and straighten it out (if not too bad).
