I got the rear shocks apart on my KO for chrome. Question is if I remove the nut in the picture at the very bottom, will the shaft come out so I can chrome the bottom part and adjustment area? I loosen the bolt and gave a couple hits with a drift and hammer and it does not want to come out. Just want to be sure that is able to come out before I persuade it more.
