My info says the 550K rotor is 236mm, but please verify.  Also I have the 350F as being 260mm which seems odd but ??  It's sort of weird because the 350 and 500 used the same calipers.

Can anyone confirm that 550K also used that same caliper?
Did you ever figure this out? My first time being on here in a few yrs. I will check into it and post the dia of all the sizes as soon as I can.

Goon,
Nope, I haven't found any new information or any other replies here.  It is somewhat academic because I decided to put 550 forks on my 350F.  They are stiffer and I can upgrade to dual discs with relative ease.  But it would still be nice to know.
Cheers

You guys are awesome! 8) There's a junk yard 30 mins from ma house and I'm gonna go buy up their GL and CB rotors and start drillin sets to sell. Or just have rotors if ya wanna do it your self. I dunno what other sizes they have but I'll ask em. Their a real great buncha country folk. I'll get back with those sizes probably on saturday, I've been too busy at work to get a chance to check on em. Peace.

Hi Scott,
I just printed it off here at work on 11x17 paper, no scaling. I got 275mm diameter on the drawing. Does anybody have the diameter of the disc itself?
My cb500 rotor is 275mm diameter.
should be the same for yours.

Thanks for the templates!
