See carb FAQs for description of causes of your symptoms.

Does it only happen at speed? I've heard of people getting poor performance running pods at speed. Otherwise, it never hurts to check your spark advancer. It should move freely and snap back.

it's happen at about 50mph.the problem starts whenever the throttle is open more than 1/4.maybe the carbs need a bigger main jet in relation to the k&n filter i change.there again the problem still exist even with stock air filter(around 7000rpm).what with happen if i advance or retard the timing?

The stock Honda air filter element is good but very restrictive.  The carburetor main jets are sized to allow for it.  Your symptoms are typical of running without a filter element or running with a foam replacement.  You can go up one jet size to compensate for a free flowing filter.
