Speed pass/Sunpass
« on: February 11, 2009, 04:16:16 PM »
Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions on the best way to carry a sunpass/speedpass on a cb 750? I thought about sticking it in my pocket or maybe some kind of case with magnets that I can stick on the tank. I am talking about the small $5 passive one and not the old big powered one.

It is a small RFID tag that pays your tolls so you don't have to stop at toll booths.

I carry mine in my shirt or jacket pocket.  So do my brother and father.  At first, I was a bit paranoid that it wouldn't be "seen", but the first few times I listened hard for the 'beeeep', and quick pulled it out to check the LED's.  No problem, so now I don't even worry 'bout it anymore.

No tickets in the mail, yet...   ;D

Yes it seems the small passive tag will not work on motorcycles. So I am going to have to haul a big clunky active sunpass with me. Really kid of sucks.
