16" RIM AND SPOKES

Ok, It's time to start buying parts for my 750 f drag/chop project. Where is the best place to get a 16" rear rim and spokes? also an old look set of tires?

eBay or CyclerecycleII in Indy for the spokes and rim.  Don't know on the tires.
