Ouch. Sounds like it's running on 2 then trying to clear when he revs it. Nothing a good carb clean and ignition service won't cure... go on... buy it... looks pretty good potential.

If you watched the video, when he passed over the tach it was ideling at like 2.5k right before he reved it again.

idiot probably has the idle screw all the way in.

it does also sound like it is misfiring a bit..

I'm gonna go with the old standard mixture of intake air leak (high idle), incorrect float height (gas leak), and badly out-of-adjustment carbs (engine rattle).  And it's backfiring because he's got the mixture screws and idle adjust all out of whack.

Why anyone would ride a bike with problems like this (and pretend it doesn't have any!) is beyond me.
