I might have a 90's katana set-up here somewhere.......
Maybe the katana setup is good just the MC is bad?? or theres a hole in the lines? Or it's vapor locked?
Tell me about this vapor lock you speak of...
Everything is brand new braided stainless between the MC and the pipes to the calipers except the brake switch under the headlight which was working fine with the old stock master (which I also rebuilt).
If it was plugged I'd expect it to try and put out an eye when I hit the lever (which is very smooth action BTW).
There's just no sign that anything is happening at all with the MC. It's $30 bucks for a rebuild and $60+ for a brand new aftermarket. Doing the circlip on the stock master has left me not wanting to look at a circlip down a well ever again but I will if I have to

If you're looking for a freshly rebuilt stock MC off a 75K (known to work cause I used it to free the caliper piston) do you want to trade?
