No, the box and springs haven't gone through a rip in the space time continuum - something screwy with Photobucket.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the NOS camchain tensioner and two NOS exhaust valves.  I was told the valves are also CB92, but don't know if that means a whole lot.

Bens motor has Terry springs in it. ;D ;D ;D ;D Been useing them for years with no sign of them sagging.

Tintin, the valves are the same and will fit tour C95.

I had been considering selling off the springs to help fund the project, but I suppose I'd be best off just using them (unless they're worth a small fortune of course).  This bike will be ridden gently and rarely, so it hardly seems fitting to put these in the engine.

It's very rare that the Honda valve springs wear out, you've more chance of one breaking.
The Terry springs are not worth any more than a set from you know where ;D ;D ;D ;D you're better off keeping them as spares in case you do get a breakage.

Hey tintin-

Does your CA95 have the "rotary" transmission?

Don't think so - I think it's a standard 1 down, 4 up (4 or 5 speed on this thing - not sure?)

four speed wide ratio, unlike the CA95 which has a close ratio box.

There you go - what he said ;)

My tires are being mounted as we speak.  Just need to sort the petcock out and will ride next week I hope.

Got the seat in from Thailand.  Actually much nicer than I expected.  Looks to be decent quality and it fits like a glove.  You can see the bolts that will secure the support to the frame just under the bracket.  The front mounts to the stock front seat bracket on the frame.  Fits perfectly there too and is hidden under the tank.

Today I also received my 3rd gas tank ;)  This one is clean, dent free and solid with no repairs.  Something 1/2 decent to bolt a petcock to and worth painting unlike the other 2 tanks I got with the 2 bikes.

Were CA95's offered with a seat like that ?
Looks great !--Shows the "swoop" of the frame much better.

There were Japanese models with a solo seat paired with a pillion seat on a luggage rack.  Wish I could find one of those seats, as they have interesting lines, but this will do the trick for now.
