73 750 oil lines?
« on: March 17, 2009, 09:05:29 AM »
I have a 73 750. One of the oil lines is leaking that come out of the bottom of the oil tank. Calling around & I can't find any. Anyone know where I could buy them?

Is it the line or is the nut loose? Or maybe the tube from the tank is cracked. I have spares...........Let me know which one - sending or return - Use my email for a price quote with shipping.

There is a crush washer in there. I would pull the fitting off the tank and check or replace the seal before I concluded that the line itself is leaking. Dan

Part numbers....  the 14mm sealing washer for the oil lines to the tank is 94109-14000  The sealing washer for the drain plug on the oil tank and on the pan is 12mm part number 94109-12000  maybe a PO put the wrong one in?  The O-rings for the engine end of the lines is 15 x 2.5mm and is part number 93102-377-000

The lines are discontinued says servicehonda, best of luck finding the simplest cause for your leakage.

A quick check of Davidsilver, Cmsnl and Yamiya confirm Zero availability on non NOS, OEM style oil lines.

CycleX.com has something for lines, a kit to make your own or something like that. Carpy had stainless steel lines on his site but pricey IIRC.

here's CycleX, way down at the bottom... http://www.cyclexchange.net/Oil%20System%20Comp%20Page.htm
