So I for the past few days, there have been big changes to my K8. I put new handlebars on (Superbike), put a dyna-s ignition in and replaced the headlight bulb. In the process, I f**ked up the connections to the starter button, especially the black wire, which soldered back together this morning. Now the starter works and so does the headlight. Problem is, now my taillight/brakelight isn't working. Here's the funny thing: when I connect the parking light leads in the bucket, (if you're in Europe you may know what I'm talking about), and turn the ignition to "P" the taillight lights up, so I know it's not the bulb. I tried tracing some of the connections, but I'm new to the wiring harness on the CB750. I also don't know if the taillight wasn't working before I messed up the starter button, or what. So what should I look for? The dyna is hooked into the harness, where the contact plate was, and the red wire runs from near the black/white wire near the coils, to the connection by the oil tank.
