wiring question
« on: March 21, 2009, 03:42:09 PM »
I have a '70 k0, cb750. When I tore the bike down the plug coming from stator to the harness was "fused" together and so I cut it loose without labeling the wire, I know, not a bright move. So now it is time to reattach the freed plug (I left leads to solder) to the wires coming from the stator. Problem is the 3 yellow wires that ultimatly end up at the recitifier. Since they are all the same color I can't differentiate.... my hope is that it does not matter how they go back on but have to believe that it does.

I think I saw a wiring diagram here somewhere but I can't remember where.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

Your right..makes no difference...just like a pie sliced in three each piece is the same...generally speaking, with electrical stuff if wires from a component are the same color then they hold the same ' value ' so all are alike !
