I can't say it's the best or worst, I've only bought here once: http://www.siriusconinc.com/default.asp, but I got what I ordered in a timely manner.

I got mine from CycleReCycle in Indiana www.crc2onlinecatalog.com. They have a big variety of KeiHin and Mikuni main jets and deliver in a timely manner.
