78 750k8 head pipes

Wondering what other years, models i could use or make fit? Not overly concerned with mufflers, mainly the head pipes. Will DOHC pipes fit up?
Thinking of makin a custom set, not diggin the 4 into 2  on my bike.
Any help would be great.

the dohc has a different spacing. So you might be able to use them but it would take a lot of bending I think. 77 pipes will bolt right on. 76 and earlier are the same dimensions but mounts are different, I think you can fit them though with minor work.

As long as they mount the same & are the same dia. I'm thinkin they should work, just gonna cut em up & see what kinda fun i can come up with.
