How about a picture of a complete, or even a "mocked up " engine to see how this big block looks with a OEM head on it?

Might look like a middle age man, with a slight bier belly?

I did it again Brian but for real this time, in a GSXR 1100 F1 outfit.
On the first day, I was unable to move about so much as the chair had no padding and my knees were wrecked after the first run (it was a hill climb with lots of corners) this didn't help much when coupled with my old bones and lack of upper body strength, and trust the photographer to snap me in the wrong position in a few of the corners.

I felt a lot better on the Sunday after padding the floor and we got our act together and knocked 6 seconds off our earlier times, the driver was happy enough.

Will try to get on board video posted as soon as pos.

Well done Sam.

As your timing improves you'll find it's a lot less physical.

When we're having a cleansing ale after a meeting I've often heard Pat and his other lunatic passenger mates muttering in hushed tones about some kind of passenger nirvana called "neutral G".
Apparently when you get your timing spot on you can feel a sense of weightlessness and there is little physical effort required to move around the bike.

Looking forward to watching the video.

Hmm, they sure do look a bit tall don't they. However, I took the view that's its a great deal easier to cut things down to size rather than trying to add a bit on. Fear not, the cover will be going under the milling machine before too long and those bolts will get the chop as well. I'm just waiting for Mike to send me a cam so that I can get the engine finished.

Question for the experts. I am thinking about ceramic coating my pistons, am i correct in saying that i would only be able to coat the crown of the piston as they are already matched to the bore?
