Extended foot peg mounts?
« on: April 09, 2009, 04:39:41 PM »
Where can I find the extended foot peg mounts and linkage I've seen on so many of the cafe bikes here.  I tired doing a search on the forum and did not find anything.  I just dont know what to look under I guess, thanks for any help

i dont fully understand your question, do you mean the whole assembly that you rest your foot
on and the arm that you shift/brake with?(rear sets), or do you mean just the linkage arm that
connects the rear sets  to the shifter arm that comes from the motor?

you can find used ones off of crotch rockets on ebay for cheap, there's also a couple diff. aftermarket ones made specifically for the fours, such as Raask

You and me both brother!  I was just given a 72 SL350 that runs the other day, and was looking for ideas.  Figure Ill get the 350 streetable and looking half nice, then I can really take my time on my cb550 cafe project.  I dont wanna rip off anyones desing but I might have to make a set of pipes like that one.

Heres the web site where I found it.  Try asking the guy himself dieselndixie
