CB750 A questions...
« on: April 13, 2009, 07:54:54 AM »
question?? does a Cb750A have a fuel gauge?? if sooo does it work alright ???

my idea is that a Gl1000 (79) uses a guage pod on the tank and it has volts fuel and temp...

i would say use a 750A tank hook up the fuel gauge and the volt gauge and use the temp to monitor oil temp!!! it would look factory and wouldnt detract from the bike too much???

any ideas?

CB750A does in fact have a fuel gauge. The sender and tank float install from the top, behind the tank filler.

The CB750a does have a fuel gauge (as seen in the picture), but it doesn't have a tach. You want to trade a tach for a fuel gauge?? I don't know about anybody elses gauge, but mine doesn't work that good.

actually if you look at a 79 goldwing gauge set that fits on the tank.... that was my idea to KEEP the tach.... was to mount the goldwing gauge on the tank and that would give me some options to mount other gauges besides the fuel in there... (there are 3 gauges for the Gl1000)
