Tools & Project Must-Have's List

What are some tools/solvents/tricks that are/were life savers when it came to your project(s)?

Tool #1:  This forum.

Tool #2:  Impact driver with #3 phillips bit.

Tool #3:  BFH

Tool #4:  the ability to make other tools.



The list goes on and on.  Do believe there have been other threads about this topic.

hahaha i couldn't agree any more on tool #1
if there has been a thread i am sorry...i'll just look and let this one die out

if not...i'll just add-in PB Blaster...and WD-40

Tools?  All of them! It starts with a 10mm socket, and ends with every tool I own, out in the driveway. :'(

I don't know if it essential, or must-have, but I picked up a dental mirror at the local Rx store, but this one has a small LED built into the handle that shines onto the mirror surface and then your subject. It's come in handy for inspecting some very hard to reach spots without having to  tear things apart.. which is easy, it's the getting it back together that's a pain. ;)
