Supercharge it man, internal combustion engines work better with Superchargers.
Diesel engines run better with turbos.

Give a call to Russ Collins. He only does injectors now. They might be able to help you with your size selection.
Easiest way to do a turbo on a cav would be to remote mount it. Still keep the stock manifold and yet a turbo as well.
But Fuzzy is right... Stainless would be best. As well as his other suggestions. RC can help you with those as well.
Biggest thing is oil routing. If your turbo isn't oiled well.... poof.
Also look into copper head gaskets. And if you are going for a LOT of boost... o-ringing the block. Forged pistons and so on.
Be prepared to break a lot of stuff. Might not happen.... but be prepared.
