Best Bike Books
« on: May 26, 2009, 08:08:28 AM »
Hey'all- good day and all that

I'm interested in piling a few good books onto my desk, particularly about the operation & tuning of carbs, riding amongst the heards of SUVs seemingly on auto-pilot, without all the great piloting, motorcycle history and all that good stuff...

Any suggestions on some good books?

Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but A Twist of the Wrist is an awesome book.

It might be basic for a veteran rider who's logged 50k miles, but I ate it up way back when and still use some of the analogies and such when I want to help friends learn to be better riders.  For their own safety and confidence and my piece of mind.
